Saving HDD firmware in a file

Might any of you fine folks know how I could read & save firmware from a 2.5" SATA HDD? It's a 320GB Hitachi, a Travelstar 5K320-320 5400rpm.

The command set for the drive allows for downloading firmware to the drive only.

You can however query for the FW version and try to find it elsewhere (google...).
