113 fault on 940

I have a 96 model 940SE 2.3 LPT which cuts out randomly. Getting fault 113. MAF, fuel relay, ignition module are all replaced. Inlet manifold gasket replaced and also checked for other air leeks. Carr drives very well until this fault occurs. Orange light comes on and fault 113 displayed. It then runs rough. Sometimes a little rough running on start up also. Any other suggestions?

Assuming you have Bosch LH2.4 FI, 1-1-3 states for Lambda sond error.
