Iconbar above tracks?

Hi, In the stash where all the themes are I see some of them have a iconbar above the tracks. Is that theme-based or can it be installed no matter what theme I use? Thanks in advance //Tobbe

Those are images of a pre-release thing. Either head over to the pre release forum or forget you ever saw them.
