Sound stops with Battery and B4

Posted this on the NI site and got no response... thought I'd try my luck here.... I had this problem with my old G4, and it has followed me to my new G5. Whenever I run either Battery or B4, at some point both plugs stop passing audio. I have no idea what I do to cause them to stop working, if anything... I can sometimes get them working again by moving them to another insert, or by deactivating and reactivating them. Usually I have to do both. Does anyone else experience this? Yes, it happens to me with Battery, but not Kontakt. So I don't use Battery. STeve

How about B4? I'd pursue Kontakt as well but I don't think I like Native Instruments too much.
