Greetings Is there a way other than hand drawing a sinusoidal wave in an automation track? Controlling amplitude and frequency would be great. Thanks

Yes, insert "Automation Item" and set its properties. ADD INFO: Right-click the automation lane, select "Automation Items > Insert automation item". Then right-click this item and select "Properties" from the menu and set LFO shape parameter to "Sine" and also other parameters like Amplitude, Cycles=Freq (and many others)
